The support forums are available to all Little Neko Themes customers with an active subscription. They provide a wealth of information regarding our themes. Our support staff is active within the forums weekdays from 9am to 5pm, and questions are generally answered within 48 hours.
Before asking questions within the support forums, please be sure that you have read the file documentation which came packaged with your download. The documentation covers installation, usage, and often answers the vast majority of questions.

How to get support?

You need a Little Neko account to activate your support service. Login to your account or create one here : My account

ThemeForest Products

To be able to post a request on the support forum, you need to register your product first. Go to the GET SUPPORT ( THEMEFOREST ) tab and add your purchase code there. Then click on “GO TO SUPPORT FORUM” to acess the support forum of your item

Other market places

Support for items from WrapBootstrap, Creative market or Mojo Marketplace is handled by email form. Click on GET SUPPORT ( OTHER MARKETPLACES ) tab and fill the form here.
